KPI Latino has produced Spanish educational content for radio and TV since 2002. The programs have provided useful information to Alabama's growing Hispanic community, analyzing local and national news which affect new Hispanic residents, stories on interesting people, services offered by various organizations, and lifestyle segments on family, culture and entertainment.

KPI Latino launched on February 01 Radio Centro Birmingham, 1320 AM WPSB, out of COX Radio downtown Birmingham, reaching tens of thousands of listeners in most areas in Central Alabama. "We see Radio Centro Birmingham as a vital tool for public agencies and private organizations aiming at delivering information and selling to the Hispanic audience," states Mr. David R. DuBose, Vice President and Market Manager for Cox Radio Inc. "We believe KPI Latino is the perfect partner in our efforts to connect to this booming community."

Dentro de la Ley (DL) - Within the Law

On the air since October 2003, as the "People's Lawyer" this popular weekly radio talk show, hosted by accredited local lawyers, presents segments on legal information, immigration issues, and community concerns. Broadcasts on Thursday from 11 am to 1 pm on Radio Centro Birmingham 1320 AM WPSB.

La Salud Primero (SP) - Health is First

On the air since April 2004, this weekly health information show, hosted by accredited local bilingual doctors, educates listeners on how to lead a healthy lifestyle, presenting tips, interviews with experts, information about the U.S. health system and answers to common health questions. Broadcasts on Tuesdays from 11 am to 1 pm on Radio Centro Birmingham 1320 AM WPSB.

¡Hola Amigos! (HAmr)

On the air since January 2006, it is the companion radio show to KPI Latino's magazine and information TV show ¡Hola Amigos! It educates and entertains listeners introducing them to the history, culture, holidays and lifestyle in the United States, keeping in mind the customs, traditions, and celebrations from different countries in Latin America. Broadcasts on Wednesdays from 11 am to 1 pm on Radio Centro Birmingham 1320 AM WPSB.
